Here are some of the most common questions we receive. If you have any additional questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
If you have a gift card that you purchased or received from another party please keep the code number handy. You will want to enter this number into the Code field once you begin the Checkout process.
* Be sure to enter the code correctly and click “Apply to Order” button to receive the discount.
You must first sign up for an account and log in. If you go to My Account then to Gift Card, or click here, you can add your gift card codes directly to your account. This feature is useful to make sure you don’t lose your code, combine multiple gift card balances, and to make checkout quick and easy!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or cashback on gift cards. Your remaining balance will never expire, so feel free to return next holiday to pick out some presents.
After you select your Shipping Method during the checkout process, you’ll be asked to fill in your shipping address. If you want to send the gift or gifts to a different address then please fill in the address you would like your items to be shipped to instead of your own address.
Unfortunately at this time we don’t allow orders to be split into multiple addresses. If you need to send gifts to multiple addresses you’ll have to place multiple orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All orders will be charged a standard flat shipping fee of $7.95. However, orders greater than $35 ship for free!
We do offer Express Shipping for an additional charge.
We can ship to the 48 Mainland States.
We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States at this time.
Most of the time orders ship within 2 business days of your purchase.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email that includes your tracking number. Make sure you use a valid email address that you check often during checkout.
We can change or cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. We try to get your order shipped as quickly as possible so please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. The quicker you contact us, the better your chance is so don’t wait. If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Depending on your location, you will receive your order between 3 to 7 business days once it is shipped.
Rarely packages do go missing, but we always include insurance on all merchandise shipped. Please track your package with the tracking number provided. If your package is missing please make sure to check all entrances of your home as sometimes the delivery person leaves them at a door that is not used much. If you still cannot find your package call us immediately and we will help you file a claim with UPS who will reimburse the full amount including shipping.
All items listed online are considered to be available to order. Occasionally, due to our constantly changing inventory, a situation may arise where one or more of your items are not available. If this occurs, we will contact you and either replace your item for a similar item of equal or greater value or refund the item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.
